RETURNS POLICY
In case of withdrawal (change of opinion), you can return the product within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, to the address listed in our site, at your own shipping cost, according to the price list of the courier company you choose. The product you return must not have been used and its packaging must be in its original condition. It must also be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (Retail Receipt, Delivery Note, etc.).
In case you receive a different product from the one you ordered, you can return the product with our charge after telephone information or via e-mail (info@coolcrabs.com) receipt of the product, at our own expense. The returned product should be placed in a package suitable for transport, not used and its packaging should be in its original condition. It must also be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (Retail Receipt, Delivery Note, etc.).
In case the product is defective, it must be returned within 7 working days together with the purchase document and after the necessary formal inspection we will replace it for you without further charges.
For seasonal items, such as Christmas, Carnival, Easter or Summer, the possibility of change does not apply after the expiration of the specific time periods.
